Americans are used to convenience and comfort, and this place has both. The hotel was in close proximity to most of the city attractions. This hotel has A/C, which was a plus on the days I was there because it got very hot. Internet availability is another great convenience to stay in touch with family and friends at no extra charge. The hotel had an awesome breakfast buffet--European style. And yes, they did have scrambled eggs and bacon. I had a standard room--very nice with a mini-bar, TV, Internet, and very comfortable beds. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke good English so communication was not a problem. The only downside was the parking. They have good parking on the premises. Unfortunately, you have to pay to park even if you are a guest. If I ever go back to Krakow, and I probably will, I'm staying at this hotel again.
