Stayed only one Saturday night in July. Had never been to area before, but we travel a lot. To start, the hotel has a nice old world Europe feel to it. check in parking is limited. We parked on Cress right next to the hotel to check in. the free parking across the street is easy to get to but the spaces are cramped. Lobby was nice and comfortable, there were people often sitting in the lobby and having drinks. Room was not special but was very clean, we liked the old wood furniture. Bathroom was small but again was very clean and easy to use. Room had a window air conditioner that worked well, but our room had another room across from it so we kept the curtain closed for privacy which hndered the air unit. The front desk was very helpful and acted more like concierge services than front desk workers. When we wanted to go to the beach Jordan was like a personal butler and carried our chairs, towels and umbrella for us. The personal service touches were terrific, and rare to find in this day and age. We ate at K'ya but were not happy with our meal. everything is served as small plates. What we were displeased with is that our food came out cold and all they did was reheat the same pieces of meat which became well done, even though we ordered them medium rare.
Overall I recommend this hotel and I know we will return.
