Worst Hotel Ever

We arrived late one evening went to our first room they tried to give us. On the way to the tower across the street we encountered Rats, Drunks and some disgusting smells. We then entered the elevator which smelled of rotten bananas and pizza. A drunk on a bicycle entered the elevator with us. We went up to check out our room and it smelled musty and was not clean. We then walked back across the street and asked for our money back. They would not refund us for the first evening, but did 6 weeks later through travel website. They took us to a room in the hotel tower, it was cleaner and had less musty smell, but still an older hotel and we opted not to stay. I would suggest that you stay far away from this one. It sure made a horrible first impression for my first time in Hawaii.
