I was concluding a 2 week vacation in New England and needed a place near the airport for an early flight out. I hauled my huge bag out of my car and to the front desk, only to find that I was given a room in the "other" building. Had to bring my uggage all the way back to car and reload and drive to other building. My room was on the second floor. No elevator. I'm an athlete, I have no problem climbing stairs. But my luggage, which held 2 weeks worth of clothing, was another issue. There was no one to help. Very tiny staircases and winding hallways. Put me in a bad frame of mind to start.
Then when I finally settle in my neighbors show up. Walls are paper thin. I could hear every conversation, tv show, phone call, shower...in several rooms all night long.
I am not hard to please. But this was a horrible experience. Horrible!
