I stayed at this place for 3 nights on March. The hotel inside was fine, as well as hyatts all over the world. But when I arrived people at the desk didn't even smile to greet me. That felt nasty. Especially when you have made it through disastrous traffic jams and Moscow weather. housemaids I asked for things were tough to talk to in English. And finally waiter made me wait way too long. I'm not sure I will stay here next time. Since my company pays, I'll go for something better :)
