Charged * Non-refundable pet deposit. The ""policy"" isn't posted on any site, other than their home page ONLY when you print out a copy. We booked directly from a partner site and were not told until we checked out and were charged this excessive fee. Nothing was shared with us when we booked and informed we'd be bringing a 10pound dog with us. Management did little to explain and we are still waiting for a response from the site's general manager.
We have frequently stay at the Residence inn when we travel; however, after this experience we'll go to the Hilton where pets stay free.
