This Hotel, while it looks okay from the inside, has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The hotel double charged me then blamed someone else and was incredibly rude to me on the phone when I called to get it straightened out. AJ, at the front desk told me there was noone above him in charge of the hotel, which we all know is never true in a hotel unless you're an owner.
I was there scouting the place to book a series of rooms for a week and this made absolutely no difference to AJ. Apparently this hotel has no regard for those who keep their cash flowing. In this economy they are lucky to be afloat and should really consider treathing their guests with more appreciation.
