Everything they write about their hotel is a LIE. The pictures are a lie. We were moved to 3 different rooms in one night due to the filth. I am not a germ phobe so I am not exaggerating when I say this place from the parking garage steeped in pigeon poop, to the nasty elevator, to the stiffling smellling halls to the beds with cigarette burns on the sheets. The box springs in all 3 rooms were stained and disgusting. Now we know why you are required to pay up front. The bath tub ran BROWN water. The safety locks on the doors in all three rooms were broken. The A/C in one room didn't work. The DELUXE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST was a pitcher of Froot Loops and ONE danish at 8:00 a.m. No milk, no coffee, no juice. Sunday there was no breakfast at all. The TV remotes were missing in two rooms and the TV's barely worked. ONE swimming pool looked usable, but there was a free swinging gate, therefore anyone could come and go and the neighborhood was dangerous and in a very bad side of town. No lights at night. There was furniture piled up outside the other pool. We never ever saw a whirlpool or sauna. Never ever received a newspaper. Never ever saw a cleaning cart. Vagrants hang outside the office at night. This is a dump! The only thing about the place that was nice was the people that checked you in. From there it was horrible and we have been exposed to BLACK MOLD. DO NOT EVEN THINK TO STAY HERE. YOUR NIGHT WILL BE SPENT ITCHING, AND HEARING CAR ALARMS GOING OFF AND THE SMELL OF RAMEN NOODLES. YOUR DAYS WILL BE SPENT TRYING TO STAY AWAY FROM THE PLACE.
