We went through a web site to book the reservation, it stated that it was one bed, but that it had a max occupancy of 5, so we thought "no problem". Perhaps they had a roll away bed or couch that turned into a bed. We get there, and there would have been NO WAY that we could have put our 3 boys even on the floor, the room was so small. We checked in on 3 July, so OF COURSE they had no other rooms that would worked for us. We went next door to a different hotel, and received a suitable room. The initial charge for two nights at the Hacienda was $, and we were assured that the charges would be reversed. But they only credited $, so will be fighting that battle now. Oh yes, and one of the staff members was wreaking with alcohol, so that didn't impress us that much either - to add to the room that also wreaked.
