When I arrived, the reservations were mixed up and I didn't get the room I reserved. After one night they moved me to a room I had reserved. The next night I came back to the room only to find that the lock had been changed on the room. They told me at the desk that they were going to have to move me again because someone else needed that room. The same thing happened once more. I had to unpack and pack again three different times. I called the online travel websites help line and the young man I spoke to had a difficult time understanding what I was talking about and I had a difficult time understanding him - very thick accent. It was a very frustrating experience and made my vacation less enjoyable as it could have been.
