Nice rooms, but not nice staff

I cannot fault the rooms size,and cleanliness at this hotel. However the listing of free parking is deceiving, they have extremely limited free parking on first come,first served and allow guests from the previous night who have checked out to leave their vehicle the next day. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked for directions and neither young man knew anything,it ended up they had a map on the counter and they could not even offer this to me. The female manager screamed at me because I expected parking since it was in the ad but they do not have it really. She also did not mention they had work being done in our room and the hallway which was loud and started early in the morning. The free breakfast was acceptable for such a small place with a nice waffle maker but they do not have in-room coffee. You must go to the lobby with your empty coffee pot and get some during breakfast hours so if you want coffee any other time,bring your own.
