I loved that this hotel was tucked away in a little neighborhood off the Sunset Strip. We had fabulous service consistently from the staff, especially the front desk staff who always remembered our names, treated us like movie stars and made great recommendations for places to eat and go. They even called about a yoga studio for me. The boutique aspect was very cool-- beautifully decorated. The pool was better than expected and we enjoyed having drinks up there while watching the sunset. We had a problem with our in-room fireplace and they came up to fix it right away! On the last day, we had breakfast in the cafe patio; the food was great, but watch out for the extras-- I think I paid $7 for a side of cream cheese! Overall, in a "velvet rope" kind of town, it was nice to come back to the hotel and be treated like someone special.
