The experience was less than satisfying:
1- too few employees at front desk/concierge during peak times (i.e., Friday night)
2- front desk staff with no customer focus (I asked for a room away from the elevators for quiet, and the front desk person gave me a room next to the ice machine)
3- a bathroom that wasn't entirely clean (there was someone else's orange medicine pill on the floor in front of the sink when I checked in - what else wasn't clean?)
4- afternoon tea service that was adequate at best due to skimpy portions, purchased pastries versus homemade, and inadequate menu flexibility - they really should check out 5- overpriced breakfast buffet.
