I booked a room here for an overnight stay with a friend who was flying in from out of country. We had plans to see a concert on the other side of the city. The airport shuttle was very nice and runs regularly every 30 min or so to and from O'hare. Plus from the airport we were able to catch the L train around the city with no problems. One of the hotel staff even helped with giving us a better route to get where we were going for the concert. The free breakfast is probably the best free breakfast I've had at a hotel. Its not exactly like what mom makes, but there were scrambled eggs, hash browns, pan cakes, cereal, etc... All in all I had a great experience. I can only say that if your looking to be closer to the sites in the city it's likely to not be your best option, as O'hare is the end of the line and it takes a good little while to get into the city from there.
