I have never stayed anywhere and had so many problems. We were so disappointed. We arrived Monday and were ready to come home Wednesday. 1)Upon arival we were told our room was not ready & were ushered to "guest services". Guest services was a disguise for a TIME SHARE scam, so the hotel basically fed us to the sharks. 2)Our safe didn't work properly & we were told someone would be up right away. Two request & two days later someone finally fixed it. 3)The glasses in the bathroom had lip prints & toothpaste running down the side and all (paper) coasters in our room were really used & should have beed thrown away three guest previous to us. 4)Coffee didn't get replaced in our room for two days. 5)In the buffet restaurant they shake off your place mat & turn it over for the next guest. 6)The phone in our room didn't work. 7)The hot tub in the spa didn't work & if you want to have a massage at the same time as your spouse they charge more than it would cost if you just asked for two massages. 8) Most of the food was not very good. If you ask for anything other than what you see the staff acts like you are slapping them in the face. As a matter of fact most of the staff is not friendly. They seem to wish you would just leave them alone. 9)The evening shows are not good at all. We have been many places & always enjoyed the entertainment but this was very bad. During the day they offer BINGO & WATER AEROBICS! If I could say just one thing to you it would be...\n DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
