The halls smelled of smoke, the room was shabby, the toiletries minimal and of poor quality. I did not receive any response from the hotel staff until I contacted cooperate with my concerns. After that the manager was quick to issue a voucher for a free night. I would not stay at this Red Roof location again, and wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
