Overall experience from all staff was appalling.

The pool was closed by the HEALTH DEPT. Jacuzzi was empty and tape over the top. I left a necklace in my room that was given to me by my son 17 years ago and it took me calling coprorate to get an answer from the manager. Hampton Inns are not corporate owned so that means ANYONE with money can buy one. I called housekeeping a total of 3 times; they never returned my call until I called again. There was no concern for me or the jewelry I lost. I had hoped for a little cooperation and help but received none. I will never stay at another Hampton Inn again.
