We were visiting relatives and found the service fast and friendly. The pillows for the futon were foul smelling and there was a stain on the duvet on the futon and wet spot on the carpet near the bed. Sheets were clean and we were given a new set of pillows upon request. When the shower drain was plugged, maintence was sent immediately. Nice views, convenient to tram into Manchester. Got a great rate online.
