The room was very SMALL for what we paid for. We discovered the nest morning that there was no hot water! So, we had to move (after we had uhnpacked eerything the night before) and move to another small room. We asked to speak to the general manager, but he was never"available." The GM should have at least apologized for our inconvenience.........he really should have comped us a night's stay or maybe a meal there.
