Proceed to the ""underly helpful"" hotel staff, that could care less that you are paying them to stay in the hotel. Then lets catch the very slow, very house of terror elevator. Then arrive at your room and look at the hotel room the looks nothing like the pictures, you should probably never take your shoes off or atleast dont walk around with your white socks on, they might be black when you get done. Why dont you go and visit there beautiful restaurant that they show on there website...oh wait, that must have been taken at another hotel.
