We were very impressed by the friendliness of the hotel personnel. They had a a gal who was at the breakfast area at all times and was very helpful and friendly. We also had a slight problem with our heating system in the room and their head maintenance was right there and actually put in a new system. We could have changed rooms, but chose not to as it only took 10 min. Very pleased with this hotel and will go back.
