Disappointed

When I spotted the name Howard Johnson, I expected a pretty nice place. I was disappointed. The continental breakfast translated to a few mini-donuts, two types of cereal, milk, coffee and juice. We had to ask for coffee for the in room coffee maker only to discover it did not work. The weather channel, important when considering hiing at the Grand Canyon, was the only channel on the TV that did not work. We had significant problems communicating with the front desk staff. I certainly will not stay here again.
