We had the misfortune to stay in Westland Traditional Cottage at Kenmare. If you like cold, damp concrete floors, this is the place for you.

This cottage is very much at the cheap and nasty end of the Irish cottage experience. Cold, cramped, and damp, with bare concrete floors and mold on the ceilings - it's pretty hard to imagine anywhere less inviting. The road runs immediately past the doorstep, ensuring you'll be up close and personal with the locals (or at least their vehicles) 24/7. Truly one to be avoided.
