We stayed in this very peaceful country club in the middle of a nature reserve. The only sounds were the birds singing and the horses in the stable. We hired a car and traveled around the countryside, visiting areas of interest. A very pleasant morning was spent on horseback riding through woodland and fields, and the riding school is very impressive, with good stabling and indoor school. We recommend Lake Balaton for a day trip, but this needs an early start.${QuickSuggestions} The best air route is via Ryanair into Graz. If you take this way, make sure the car hire company is aware you are taking the car into Hungary, as they are reluctant to send cars there. A car is essential.

The country club is happy to take euros.

The nearest train station is at Lenti, 8km away.${BestWay} Car is needed, as this is a very rural area, but there are plenty of well-laid-out cycleways. Cycle hire is available.

Best Things Nearby:
We liked the peaceful location.

Best Things About the Resort:
There were very clean rooms, the whole resort was tidy, and the restaurant was very cheap, with good food. The whole staff was very friendly,

Resort Experience:
The resort is in the process of rebuilding, but this did not affect our holiday and is enhancing the accommodations. The studio we had was pleasant and clean, but perhaps would be noisy during a busy time, being close to the hub of the resort. The pool was small and very cold!
