First and Most Memorable

I will never forget this trip, because I got engaged!

Wave Snorkel, Party Boat (something like that)

This was the biggest scam I've been on in the 10 countries I've visited. The tour boat literally drove from one side of the cruise's pier, around the cruise ship, and parked on the other side!! The snorkeling was pointless; there was NO FISH OR CORAL!! Then they took us on a cheap glass-bottom row boat and took us to a dead conch and dead starfish! A rip-off! The only thing good was that the water-downed alcohol was unlimited, so you could forget how bad the experience was!

Horseback Riding

The people are great! The trip was enjoyable and a real must-do! It was not quite what the description entailed but still wonderful!

When the excursion took a break on the beach before riding in the water, I proposed to my better half, Tiffany! The horseback riding company's photographer just happened to be standing by! I will try to post the live picture! Then he only charged us for four pictures and gave us 20!

Snorkeling without a tour

Breathtaking! I could have never guessed that we would see thousands of fish right off the deck of this restaurant (we found out that you can buy food too, and that's why).

I would advise anyone to simply walk around and look for a decent deal on snorkeling. Seven-Mile Beach is pretty dull--we walked there and then came back. We saw the sign to snorkel, and it was worth more than the $100 we wasted on a tour in Cozumel!

Conch Train Ride

We have done this type of tour in several cities, and this one was lacking in comparison. Usually, guides are funny or comical in some sense, but the guide seemed as though she did 20 tours a day (and she probably does). The microphone wasn't the best, either, but we sat up front!

We really did learn a lot, and it was a good change of pace from the other ports where we had stopped already!

This was a great and affordable experience. You can actually enter/re-enter as much as you want for the day, so you can come back for the feeding times if that's what you are into!
