Peace & Quiet at The Links Golf & Racquet Club

The place to be during "Fall Biker Week" in Myrtle Beach. You are in a quiet cul-de-sac and can be as isolated as you want and stay away from the noise & crowds that this week brings, or go just one mile to the beach and restaurants and clubs.

Enjoying the surroundings at the resort, or driving one mile to the beach. It is a clean beach area, and the private beach cabana offers lockers, showers, bathrooms, refrigerator for storing food & beverages. Watching the joy on my 16 month old grand-daughter's face for her first sitting of the ocean/beach was a very memorable moment for us. Just watching her run, with her head thrown back, arms out-spread and laughing was well worth the entire trip!

You are very close to area attractions, Broadway at The Beach, Dixie Stampede, Alabama Theatre, Opry Theatre, water parks.${QuickSuggestions} If you don't want to run around for every meal, get some groceries and eat at least breakfast and lunch at the resort (which also has outdoor grills for you to use). That saves a lot of time and money. We just made plans to eat out in the evening and did several of the dinner theater shows, which were wonderful! That way, you get to enjoy either the pools or the beach areas and get into the sun instead of driving all day. ${BestWay} We chose to do our own driving so that we could go at our own pace and in our own time. The only way to travel!

Best Things Nearby:
Private beach cabana and nice beach areas. Close to shopping, restaurants, shows, miniature golf, etc.

Best Things About the Resort:
New excercise facility, indoor pool for cool mornings & evenings, and large outdoor pool and hot tub area, nice playground for children.

Resort Experience:
It is a wonderful place to be during "Fall Biker Week" at Myrtle Beach even if you aren't into the biker-things. You feel like you are in your own secluded little world where it is so peaceful and quiet, but yet you only have to drive a mile to go shopping or to the beach, etc.

The facility has all of the amenities which I require (except king-size beds!), lots of room in the condos, washer & dryer in each unit, private patios both upstairs & downstairs, walking trails and 3 ponds with fish & turtles. A wonderful place to take the family, with lots of group activities like water arobics, cook-outs, jewelry exhibits, make-overs, nature trail walks, bingo, etc.

We enjoyed our "quiet" time here so much that we purchased two additional weeks there thru the on-site "Defender Realty" group with RCI during our stay!

This restaurant could be addictive! It has just about every type of seafood (to include crab legs!) on the buffet. The restaurant was very clean, which is a must for me! The service was wonderful, and the people were so friendly. The food was all fresh, hot and delicious! We enjoyed our meals there very much.

Has more selections than most buffets in this area. The food was wonderful, service was great, and the food was kept replenished at the buffet. The desserts were out of this world!

The Dixie Stampede Dinner Show

This is one of the most family oriented dinner shows that we have ever attended. Your meal is served (sans silverware) to you in arena-type seating, by your own server, as you watch the show. It is in a dust-free environment, the food is fantastic and plentiful, and it's well worth the money. There are discount coupons in just about every coupon book in the area for not only this show, but hundreds of other meals and activities in Myrtle Beach.

We did a condo tour and were given two tickets worth $76.00 to attend this show. It was one of the best shows that we have seen in years! The comedian was fantastic, and our bellys hurt from laughing so hard at his "down-home" antics and jokes. It is a very family-oriented show and the talent from everyone involved was just amazing! We enjoyed this show tremendously!
