My family and I decided to take a vacation last week to this hotel. for the price (225USD per night per room, we got two rooms), we thought it was going to be a premium vacation and fancy place. Nothing of that! What we got was two standard rooms, one of which had the bath tub broken, the bath room door knob fell off, and a lot of interruption from the cleaning stuff still when the "do not disturb" sign was on the door knob. On top of the outrageous rate we paid, we had to pay additional 7USD per day per person to use the gym, 13USD per day for internet, and 7USD per day for parking lot. Breakfast was pretty 3 star hotel. and to complete the trip a ladys' purse was STOLEN from the breakfast room!!! Really, really, bad experience! This hotel has nothing to do with the sheraton hotels I have staye before (asuncion, quito, and panama).
