The location is perfect for getting around, and they are extremely helpful at giving advice on what to do and arranging tours to get involved with. The staff I met there were very great. The prices are very reasonable, I love Hanoi and would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay for anyone visiting Vietnam and ofcourse QUEEN hotel will be your first choice- It really gives you the opportunity to make the most of your experience and meet like-minded people.

Friendlly Hotel

The hotel staff gave us an good service and was availabe to give us information about visits, restaurants, transportation arrangements and tours.
The rooms are very comfortable and clean. We felt very secured
We have been traveling for more than 2 months and this is the best hotel we stay.
We would definitely come back to this hotel if we ever travel again to Hanoi and would recommend this hotel."

My stay at the QUEEN hotel was very enjoyable and without trouble. The staff was enthusiastic and very friendly. The front desk staff had very good English skills. I do however believe that it would improve customer service if more of the staff had more then a limited understanding of English. We recommend for QUEEN hotel! we be back!THANKS for ALL!
