SFR is south of the main tourist area but easily accessible. There is parking for a car and they hire out scooters. I found it best to be independent of the TukTuks etc. You will see a lot more and if you tend to travel about a lot it is as cheap to rent a small car as to use a TukTuk.
SFR is excellent value and the food is good value. Terje, the owner knows the place well. The rooms are big and clean. The staff are tops.
Terje is a top chess player - too good for me!
