I had a great time at the Ballpark Hilton! My room was extremely clean and had a great view, I made use of the exercise room and the business center, and I loved the 360 rooftop bar, where the staff was exceptionally friendly.

The location is amazing. We could literally see the arch, stadium and downtown from our room. The staff was wonderful and the bar on the top floor is a blast! I cannot wait to go back.

I received a handicapped room, which I had not requested. The toilet did not flush every time and the room smelled of sewer a few times during my stay. My door was opened by cleaning staff at one point while I was occupying the room, without a ...Read more

We had to wait 2 hours for our room and was finally told that the drain in the tub was slow so maintenance was looking at it. The wait for the elevator was about 20 minutes. I thought this was ridiculous considering this is a 4 start hotel. It ...Read more

I don't like writing negative reviews, however potential guests need to know about the major issue with the hotel's new east tower elevator system. The east tower has only 3 elevators to serve 23 floors, and one was down during our entire stay. ...Read more
