Assisi Retreats - An Incredible Experience!

I have recently spent time at a retreat in Assisi and I just wanted to reccomend it as it has been one of the most rewarding and fulfilling experiences of my life. The retreat is run by Bruce and Ruth - the most incredible and open hearted couple! They are an absolute powerhouse of a team! Bruce, a worldwide famous author on spiritual direction and a psychologist, guides visitors in meditation and offers much wisdom and guidance. Ruth his wife leads the renowned practice of spiritual movement -an enlightening form of prayer through dance that she designed.
The valley they live in is called Paridiso Valley (literally meaning 'Paradise'). It is just 5 minutes outside of the walls of Assisi. The guest house is really beautiful. Guests have their own ensuit bathrooms and a guest kitchen and lounge.The garden of the retreat is filled with flowers, sacred meditation spaces and there are beautiful places to sit and reflect in the forest. Fields filled with wildflowers, wheat and grapes stretch out around the retreat in every direction.
I reccomend this retreat to anyone who is is need of healing, clarity or enrichment in their lives - or for those just in need of a place to rejeuvinate and reflect. Together Bruce and Ruth offer a place of love, shelter and guidance for all the searching souls that come their way.
I am so thankful to them for the time I've had with them. I have come on retreat twice now and I will undoubtably return over and over again.
