This was a very nice hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the restaurant was great! We had several family members staying here and all were very satisfied. The only thing that they could do better, is provide more vending machines for snacks and neccessaties. They did have a soda machine.
Cool place!

Hotel staff were very nice. Room was very clean and very nice, a little wear and tear, i.e. a crack in the wall behind the chair and chipped bathroom tile in the shower, but I am very meticulous. The room was great though, wonderful bedding and pillows, not to mention the soaps and shampoos. Very cool lobby with a photography exhibit of all famous Austin musicians with bios. The fact that it is a green hotel is also a plus. Rooms are very pretty. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Four of us (2 couples) have stayed at this hotel 2 years in a row while we work at SXSW and we can't say enough about it.
The staff is unbelievably friendly and accomodating from check in to check out. The restuarant and bar are better than expected at a hotel, the rooms are very very clean, shower pressure is super, the beds are very comfy. The margaritas from the bar hit the spot, my friend has a food allergy and she's always had a very understanding and fine experience when ordering food at the restuarant. We're a goofy, rowdy bunch and we've only ever been treated well here.
For the insanity of working SXSW, this hotel is a welcome haven. We also enjoy being able to lounge in the evening at the pool and talk with friends late into the night. We will always book at this hotel when we stay in Austin.
A great vacation

I stayed at the Wyndham for 3 nights and enjoyed all the accomodations. The front desk was helpful in suggesting activities, the hotel restaurant had delicious food, the coffee guy made a great white chocolate mocha and the bartenders were very friendly. The King size bed was very comfortable and I especially enjoyed all the pillows it had on it. I watched a movie in the room, which was a little pricey, but cheaper than 2 people going to the movie theater. The selection of movies was large and they were all flicks that are still out in theaters. I met some Great people here and I look forward to visiting Austin again at the Wyndham Garden Hotel.
Terrible, worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

I dont even know where to begin.....
1. The carpet was stained.
2.The pool is way less than spectacular3. When I went to take a shower , I unfolded the towel and they were not only stained (all of the towels).
4. The hotel staff was rude and dressed appropriately.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE,
