The Euro Hotel is a Budget hotel located in a slightly rough part of town but not in the worst part of town, the surrounding area is close to everything and is easy to get to. The hotel staff as many have mentioned are not very friendly but you really dont need much from them being that the hotel does not offer you much. Dont ask for an iron because they dont have, but across the street for 50 cents, you can have your clothes pressed in less than 5 minutes. I arrived with my wife with the goal of shopping and sight seeing all day, we would leave around 10am and not return until midnight. We always returned to a clean room and all of our belongings were always where we left them. Tip the cleaning lady one in particular is really cool, the others I would keep an eye on, you can tell immediatly the difference. During our stay I did not see or hear any complaints, although being that it is a relatively old hotel you tend to hear a lot of the hallway noise as well as the neighbors every now and then. Its not 5 Star and it does not pretend to be, if you need a cheap place to stay its a great choice, if you want high end luxury, without a doubt the Four Points Sheraton!! P.S. be sure to check out a venezuelan restaurant right next door in a strip mall, be sure to wear some USA t-shirts lol
I'll be back!!!

Two of us stayed 14 days in two rooms, they were very clean, air conditioned, big closet, hot water, nice but not fancy. The service was good even though they spoke little english they would find someone who did, it is centrally located, safe we walked all over night & day with no problems and the travel agent in the lobby got us guided tours to Bocas and El Vallie and went out of her way to find us have a great time and she spoke no english. The restaurant had good food and good service, it was a great vacation made better by the people we met via the hotel and staff.
