The price is approximate because we bought a package, but the hotel was of medium class. The rooms were spacious and included a private balcony, across which a tribe of monkeys would run each morning and night - a fantastic spectacle! The hotel, and the view from the balcony, is right on the beach - steps lead from the sunbathing area onto the sand, which is white. The staff was exceptional, friendly and honest; we left our expensive camera by the pool one afternoon and when we returned, in a panic, the attendant handed it back to us. As a vegetarian, I was treated with respect and the head waitress Rosie often had separate meals made for me. It was only a simple hotel compared to the higher-class ones along the promenade - but I can't recommend it highly enough.
