This is our second year at Americas Best Value Inn having stayed at other hotels in village & outskirts of Lake George (our 19th year at the Annual Classic Car Show Event)...Americas Best Value Inn is by far the BEST!!! Location, cleanliness, maintenance gets a +++++....The rooms & grounds are spotless, the pool crystal clear......You can tell how important this hotel & their guests are to the owners from check-in to check-out they are friendly, courteous and helpful to all, from the care they give to car show participants and their vehicles to their helpfulness in finding directions to a local yarn shop. We just can't say enough...We have already made our reservations for next years event...We are happy to become repeat guests to Americas Best Value Inn and are only sorry we did not find them sooner...

We've stayed at this motel about thirty times in the last forty years, as a couple and as a crowd. This latest family visit was with six adults and four children. Pool and play area gave the kids something to do when we weren't going to local restaurants (Marios is next door) or walking to Shepard Park on the lake. Fort William Henry gives history buffs something to see. Our littlest one still remembers the cannon "goes Boom". We enjoy the lake and mountain views. Mom stopped at the Outlet Stores down route 9 and skipped the Saratoga Casino this trip. Six Flags Great Escape Splashwater Kingdom had both wet and dry things to do. The Magic Forest park was opening the day we left Lake George. Some of our group took a paddle wheel steamship ride on the lake; others went to nearby Vermont and visited a Teddy Bear Factory, the Proctor Marble exhibit and a Maple Sugar museum. Two of our guys went golfing. This Inn is a great place to stay at and visit dozens of things all around.

I've stayed here on and off for 20 years it is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in, the pool is indoors so if it's raining you could still go swimming and the pool is spotless and the water is clear. The staff are very helpful, and it is walking distance to to town and all stores and restaurants.

The people working there were friendly, informative, accommodating, and nice. The room was very clean and well maintained. The pool there is enclosed, and is very well kept. The area around the hotel is exceptionally maintained.
