This hotel made it easy to relax.

The hotel was very clean, very new, and the staff were very polite. The only problem I had was the fact that the AC unit in the room is motion controlled. Now I understand why they do this (economy, environment, etc), but a little warning would have been nice on a 95 degree day. We were out all day in the heat and we returned to a room with a temp around 80. It took almost and hour and a half for the room to cool off. As nice as it was, I won't stay again.

It was great to have 2 gueen sizes beds in a hotel room instead of the usual 2 double beds. The Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. I would stay at this location again.

WOW!! This place was outstanding! It was clean (and I'm very particular about this), had very friendly staff at the front desk and the dining room and they treated us like we were the only ones staying there. The rooms are very big and with the sitting area, it was perfect for our family. The breakfast buffet and dinners were also delicious and with kids-eat-free perks, how can you beat it??? We will definately stay here again when we come to Williamsburg. The hotel is a little on the pricey side for a Holiday Inn, but it was worth it. I would highly recommend it again and I can't say that about too many hotels these days.

Check in was easy and front desk went out of their way to accomodate our request for a room on the second floor. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, clean and it was quiet during sleeping hours. The dining area was convenient and again, staff went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of service and the food. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after walking all day seeing the local sites. I would definitely stay there again.
