Pros: location, restaurants in hotel Cons: very dirty, service - people on reception are not polite and not helpful, terrible communication between hotel services

This is a very elegantly furnished upscale hotel. But without even a coffee maker in the room and generally bad/delayed service it is too expensive for what it offers.
