In a city that boasts luxury hotels out the wazoo, the Hotel Palomar beats them all hands down. Set in a convenient location just north of downtown snuggled up next to the SMU campus, the staff treats you like the VIP you aspire to be. A ...Read more

Very nice hotel with great rooms. Restaurant is pricey but good. A little noisy because of proximity to freeway, but the nice rooms make up for that.
Extra nice.

Wonderful hotel to stay at. Coffee in the lobby at breakfast. Ice tea and lemonade in the afternoon. Wine and appetizers in the evening. Beautiful pool. Clean comfortable rooms. Can't say enough about all the good stuff in this hotel.

We stayed here for just a quick, nearby get-away and loved it. The room was a very nice and the bed was so comfy with the good blankets and squishy pillows! Plus it was great being right across the street from local, trendy shops and dining.
