If you’re looking for a ‘boutique-style’ self catering option in Cornwall, this has got to be it. We couldn’t believe how much like the photos the place looked when we arrived. A really nice surprise.
The decor was superb: fresh, modern and contemporary and we felt really special during our stay. It’s also much bigger than it looks on the website (http://cornwall-self-catering-holidays.co.uk/).
The whole place (inc kitchen) was so well equipped and having a terrace really made you feel like you were on holiday. You can get a lot of people in and the owners are very accommodating and really did help us with all our enquiries. Check if they accept pets though, I’m not sure.
The location was ideal for the village, so no cars needed – you could walk everywhere (just what we like). But plenty to see near by too including the Eden Project (it would be great to stay here after a concert there). We also saw basking sharks on the ferry to Fowey.
