Can't Say Enough About This Place!

I didn't come away from my stay thinking I'd found a great hotel, I felt more like I'd made new friends. Even though it was the dry season, we had three days of intense rain and fierce winds--powerful enough to knock out power to most of the city. Les and Earl broke out the candles, and we had time to get to know them and the other guests. Coconut the Umbrella Cockatoo greets you at the door, and Juan and Clarissa take care of every need. The museum across the street is only open on weekends--unless your hoteliers ask their neighbor to open it for you. Breakfast is a treat every day--fresh fruit, American breakfast, or Juan's Mom's breakfast (featuring traditional Panamanian foods.) Cruise-ship towel critters even greet you in your room at night.
If you're looking for a posh hotel with jacuzzis and massages, skip it. But if you're looking for spotlessly clean accommodations, friendly staff who bend over backwards to meet your needs, and one of the best locations in El Valle, DON'T MISS IT!

Great Location and Wonderful Hotel

We just came back from spending 4 beautiful days at the Hotel. The hotel is magnificent and we have never experienced such incredible service before. The owners and their staff were very helpful and a delight to be around and let's not forget their cute pet bird Coconut and their dog Bailey. Needless to say we had a memorable experience and will cherish it fondly. The Hotel is easy to find and accessible to everything; very clean and decorated to represent the area. I looked forward to the cute towel arrangements left for us to enjoy. The staff was always willing to recommend sites to see and places to eat and we were never disappointed. They offer a great breakfast every morning as we sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful sites of El Valle. Thanks Earl and Les for being such wonderful hosts.
