Bad Experience - Very Bad Behaviour

I stayed 3 days(23-25/12) instead of 10 that I had booked. The owner(Nicolas from Italy) gave me room on the 4th floor(no lift) in the building next to Casa Jip, although I had asked for the same room I had last year(I have all the emails from September were the owner said that everything was ok). The room was very small, with a small window and had insects. We asked the owner to change room and he said that there was nothing available, then that there was one with no window etc. He also said that he was full booked after the 27/12 and he would try to find us another place to stay. I found another place to stay and when I checked out they asked me to pay for 5 more nights and when I refused he threatened me and my friend and then called the police (no English speaking) to resolve the problem. The owner said that if we didn’t pay we would have a lot of trouble and that he would find us anyway and we would regret it. The policeman could only understand the wife(she is Thai) and looked only at the bill(could not read the printed e-mails). I preferred to pay 6500baht and get rid of him than trying all day to find a solution. If someone wants to stay there(I do not recommend it), first go up and see the room and then check in and ask for written agreement.
