Awesome Views! Our Favorite Place to Stay!

I am embarrassed to say that after seven years of staying in several different homes through Greenbrier Valley Resorts I am just now remembering to write a review about this amazing place. I'd like to try and make up for lost time.

Our first visit with the folks at Greenbrier was in July 2001 and since then we have been going back to this same resort three times a year.

The staff is beyond friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone. We have established an amazing relationship with all of them, and a life-long friendship with one.

The homes are also beyond belief. They have from 1 to 11 bedrooms! Greenbrier has a high standard for the owners to adhere too, and because of that Greenbrier also expects their housekeeping & maintenance staff to also adhere to these standards, and if there is a problem the solution is only a phone call away. You cannot believe how inexpensive it is to stay in these gorgeous HOMES, and whether you're splitting the cost with other couples or just your own family you cannot even compare the price to a hotel room. Everything under the sun is offered in these homes. And you cannot beat coming back to a quiet private home after a long day of hiking, golfing or sight-seeing and climbing into a wonderful private hot tub.

As I stated previously, we have been coming to Greenbrier Valley Resorts three times a year for the past seven years, so the list of homes we have stayed in is quite lengthy, but each one holds something special to talk about. Because you're on a mountain sometimes the power goes out but there's nothing beats sitting around the fireplace talking when the wind is howling outside. The ladybugs come with the territory, but ladybugs don't hurt a thing. The list of hikes we have taken, mountains we have climbed, sights we have seen and restaurants we have eaten in is also quite lengthy and we've yet to hit some of the highlights likeDollyWood, etc. I'd rather hike than wait in line for a ride.

Just go and relax. You will have a great time!
