Great Resort on the Beach

I've stayed at the Royal Vista (RV) twice in the last two years and enjoyed it both times. The RV is part of the Wyndham Timeshare system. This is a small resort but it has everything you need including 2 outdoor pools, kiddie pool, tiki bar on the beach, small convenience store on property, etc.
The rooms are beautifully decorated. I've had a one bedroom for both of my visits, one was ocean front (my favorite) and one was street side. The 1-br units have 2 full baths (only 1 with a jacuzzi tub), living room, full kitchen, bedroom with TV, stereo, and dvd player. In 2008 I'm going back with family and staying in a two bedroom. I've seen them and they are very nice also.
The Activities Desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, and discounts at area attractions. However, I did find their lack of knowledge of the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area a little shocking. They didn't know where the Marlins played baseball or really anything about them. However, I used the resorts computers and looked up everything I needed to know.
