The Perfect Venice Experience

My mom and I traveled to Venice as a college graduation gift for me. I spent a very long time searching for hotels online and was a little discouraged by the high prices on the island. I found this hotel and was a little skeptical based on how low the price was, however all that changed when we checked in our first day there. The man who owns the place is the nicest person ever, he loves Venice and was more than willing to help plan what we were going to see and do for the 3 days we were there. He was extremely helpful and shared lots of local favorite places to eat and shops to visit. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Piazzale Roma and is located on a quiet canal not far from a popular square in the academic district. Inside, the hotel is absolutely adorable! Our room overlooked the canal and had more than enough room for my mom and I (a family of 4 could easily stay there) Breakfast was brought to our room everyday and in general, it was a great experience for the both of us. We will definitely be going back to stay again in the future!
