Very nice; but need to improve breakfast offering

We did enjoy our stay in a 1 bedroom suite; the staff were very friendly; and the location was wonderful; the pool was awesome - in fact 3 pools; one pool was kept at a very warm temperature probably for children. Our grandkids loved it. There is a business center at no extra charge; a library; and breakfast was included; however, if Hilton Homestead is offering and advertising that it offers a breakifast included it should be a decent meal - the food was okay, but every morning we did not have spoons for cereal; the toaster was not working properly; and NO hot water for tea; and the coffee was awful. Other than the lackluster breakfast I would recommend the Homestead if traveling with small children and need a suite.

The hotel was wonderful - the room was a very good size, the bed was extremely comfortable, and we loved that the television was on a swivel so we could watch it from the couch in the living area or from the bed. Our only recommendation would be to put a fan in the bathroom. The included breakfast was very good and had decent selection, although we would have liked to have slightly later available hours (it was over by 9am and we're usually late sleepers). Same with room service - it is only available from 5pm-9pm, so it would have been nice to be able to order a late night snack. The location was extremely convenient as well - very close to ESPN Zone and the Aquarium (10 minute walk to each). I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a home away from home, since it is well furnished and has a full kitchen. It is also close to Little Italy (we got delivery from a great Italian place with a menu in the room book), CVS (around the corner), Whole Foods (2 minute walk), Haagen Daas and Starbucks (around the corner) and countless other restaurants all within 5 minutes walking distance. Just make sure to bring enough money for parking, as the garage (as are the others in the area) is $22/day. Although it was a little pricey, most of the hotels in Baltimore are, so I would definately stay at this hotel again if I ever end up back in Baltimore!

I try to stay here every time I'm in town. Hands down the best around -- and you can't beat the location for dinner in Little Italy or the Inner Harbor!
Great Location Excellent for Families

We stayed for my daughters birthday trip to the aquarium and an Orioles game. They had a great breakfast with eggs sausage bacon, danishes etc. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. We were 2 blocks from the inner harbor and one block to a fantastic restaurant Mo's. We had a great view of the harbor from our kitchen and livingroom and the beds had quality linens with a great duvet. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were a family of four that stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and had plenty of room with a full dining room table.
Perfect between Inner Harbor and Fells Point

Newly build hotel still in excellenct condition. Room was comforatable with lots of furniture, small kitchenette and big bathroom. Perfect for business or small family. You may want to make your own parking arrangements. Hotel parking was not included and was a shock at $22 a day. Lots of restaurant options and entertainment options to fill your day. The building is shared with the parent company, Hilton and we may choose to spend the extra money to stay there when we return.
