The cottage that we stayed in was nicely decorated, and the bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy. The place had a kitchen equipped with coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, sink . . . all of the basics. This cottage actually had limited cable television in the common room, with chairs, a dinner table and other seating. Ceiling fans throughout helped keep cool at night. Each cottage has a really nice semi-screened in porch that looks out over the ocean -- great for having a cocktail and watching the sun go down.
A small essentials mini-mart is within walking distance of Coral Cove, but not much else. It is a great secluded spot for getting away, but if you want to see the island and do things you will need a car. Cab rides are a little expensive and if you take two or three a day, you may as well rent a jeep to get around.
We had a great experience here. The housekeeping ladies were friendly and very helpful, as was everybody on the island. Jill, in the office was wonderful to talk to and very helpful in setting things up and planning out what to do. We would recommend Coral Cove for a relaxing, get-away-from-it-all vacation!!
