Fantastic staff -nothing was too much trouble. Good sized room with good facilities but no natural light and bed was very hard. Daily fruit basket a treat and excellent buffet breakfast - Western and Asian. Ongoing construction noise next door was a problem but would stay again once that building is complete especially as it will be a modern supermarket. Walking distance to Temple of Literature and not far to Mausoleum, though Old Quarter is a longish walk. Excellent $$ value for sure.

I stayed at Pacific Hotel, i paid 20USD for a single room via web asiarooms.com and it was a really large nice room with a sofa, working desk. Nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed as well, nicely furnished nothing to complain at all. Also very nice restaurants in the area " Quan An Ngon ". Loved it one of the best hotels i ever stayed at ! If you want to stay at the Pacific Hotel Hanoi I would recommend booking in advance ! Cheers

Hanoi Pacific Hotel is situated in a wonderful location. The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean, including bathroom which was a good size.

This hotel is very clean, modern, and most of all quiet. The location is great - right in the heart of the Old Quarter and where all the action is. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, The buffet breakfast was great and had many choices to choose. I highly recommend Pacific Hotel.
