Description: Four of us were on this trip (two couples) and originally there was a mix up on the reservation. We had requested two rooms and they had booked us into one of their two bedroom suites (Pueblo I). Two problems with this, first the construction for some new pools was just outside the window, second the bedrooms in this suite were very small. One other thing that we noted on this suite is that the only TV in the suite is in the living room, so if you like to watch TV in bed, not a good option for you. The staff was great at helping us get reassigned to other rooms. My mother and her boyfriend ended up in one of the luxury one bedroom suites (Kiva), while me and my girlfriend were in one of the deluxe rooms. The suite was very spacious, has a full kitchen and a private courtyard. The room is a little dark however as there is only the one window in the bedroom. The deluxe room was also very spacious with a king bed, sitting area, kitchen area (micro fridge, coffee pot, sink, but no microwave or stove) and large window for light. Both of the rooms came with complementary robes, so you do not have to pack your own. During our stay the staff was extremely helpful in making our stay enjoyable. The lobby has towels for your trips to the springs, so you do not have to use the towels from your room. Also both hot and cold drinks are available in the lobby, and are complementary for guests. They recently changed the swimming pool from fresh water to salt water. One tip for anyone staying here is to not put much faith in the temperatures listed at each of the hot springs. More times than not they were off by several degrees. One of the most enjoyable aspects of staying here is that if you wake up in the middle of the night you can grab a cup of coffe, go soak in a hot tub within a couple of feet of the river, and pretty much have the entire place to yourself. Very peaceful and relaxing.
