The rooms were small and basic, the beds fair. We rented the three apartments for a family but you must be young and energetic to negotiate stairs. A short walk downhill to the main lakeside street and many stores and cafes are close by, as well as restaurants. The town is exceptional but I would not recommended staying here for older travelers. It's best for younger travelers and those on a budget. Gaia is accommodating and friendly.
