HOTEL LOCATION: The hotel is located in the city centre, 2 minutes to the main subway station. 4 minutes to train station, and Arlanda Express train.
Attractions like Old City is just a 5 minutes stroll away, Old City contains mostly cafes (some very good and cosy), small shops, old buildings, the King's Castle, and the Government Building. As the hotel is centrally located, shopping is close and all over the place, all shopping streets and ware houses are in walking distance.
THE HOTEL:
The reception staff are very effective and welcoming, and the cleaning of rooms was also very good.
Regular rooms are quite small, so I think Americans will find them very small. When I was staying last time they were still renovating some of the small rooms, so now I think they will be nice to stay in.
Superior room, which I had, was quite large, contained a sitting area, and enough storing room for clothes, which can be an issue if you stay for a long time.
The breakfast was great, containing everything you need, even ecological food was there, and it is included in the price.
PRICE RANGE. If you manage to plan your stay early, then you can get a good rate, or else I find maybe the prices a bit high. You can also read more, and check prices (do often) at
